2. With the certificates such as Residential Permit and Working Permit ,the foreign-funded enterprises can absolutely enjoy the national treatment in the areas of accommodation ,buying property, medical care, children schooling and buying tickets of planes ,ships and buses.

Other Preferential Policies

1. For the Export-oriented and Technology-advanced Enterprises
   Preferential Tax Policies(referring to the above-mentioned Preferential Tax Policies)
   Preferential Financial Policies: The foreign-funded export-oriented and the technology-advanced enterprises are free from the subsidy for commodity price, and the export-oriented enterprises mean those whose export value covers 70% of the total sales income of the current year.
2. The foreign-funded enterprises are temporarily free from the land using tax, city maintenance & construction tax, education extra charge, and orientation tax for the investment to the fixed assets.
3. The foreign-invested enterprise who attains the land use right directly from the State is free from the site using fee.
4. The foreign-invested enterprise will have the import & export right after being set up legally, and it can export their own products and import the required facilities and raw materials automatically.
5. Visa
   （１） For business, the foreign staff members in the foreign-funded enterprises can apply for the multiple entry visas for half a year.
   （２） The foreign investors can have the visas after they arrived in Weihai by the ship golden Bridge from Inchon, Korea to Weihai with the valid invitation letters.
