tourism spot in Qiliatang which is inside the city proper. The spot
covers an area of 200 mu with bath, health, leisure, sightseeing,
shopping and entertainment. At the same time, make full use of underground
heat to build a southern style biological garden with tropical plants,
flowers, precious birds, fishes and other animals. |

| There are five hot springs in Wendeng City. It is
one of the places with most resourceful underground hot water. The
spring water flows out naturally 1 to 8 meters over the ground with
gasification. The temperature of the water is up to 39 to 77 ¡æ.
Flow per hour is 400,000 cubic meters. The water contains many kinds
of mineral substances which are good to the health. Water, electric
power, communication and transportation for the project can be assured. |
| VI.MARKET ANALYSIS |
| There are several scenic spots around Wendeng City
like Shengjing Mount and Kunyu Mountain. The city is connected with
Weihai, Yantai, Dalian, Qingdao, South Korea, Japan and Russia.
Items of the project like open bath, room swimming and foreign style
