Pioneering Business Service Center

    The Pioneering Business Service Center(Weihai Pioneering Park For Overseas Intellectuals) is the incubator of high-tech enterprises, with the goal of fostering high-tech enterprises and promoting the commercialization, industrialization and internationalization of their scientific findings. The preferential policies made by the Central and local Governments are implemented in the Center, with the seed money for starting business and venture fund.     Shandong University at Weihai consists of 10 departments, 3 colleges and 2 teaching institutes and 17 experimental research organizations, with the students of more than 5200 and the teaching staff of more than 500, among which there are over 200 professors and associate professors.

Harbin University of Technology at Weihai

    Harbin University of Technology at Weihai consists of 8 departments, 25 majors and 9 research institutes, with more than 3,000 students and more 350 staff, among which there are 3 doctorial supervisors and 19 professors. The system with multilevel education of graduate and undergraduate, and general education and vocational education has taken shape.
