        The average actual wage for the Chinese workers and staff members in the foreign-invested enterprise should not be lower than 120% of those in the similar trade in local city. The salary of senior managing staff members in Chinese-forign joint venture or contractual joint venture shall be decided by the board of directors. The actual salary of the senior manager of the Chinese part shall be carried out according to related state regulation. The plan of salary standard and total amount for Chinese workers and staff members in the foreign-invested enterprise should be reported to the labor department for examination.
