About 150 participants will attend the Summit. They include government officials and business leaders from China, Japan, Korea, Russia and Mongolia, and executives from multi-national corporations, chambers of commerce, business associations and top officials from international organizations such as the UN, World Bank, and Asian Development Bank, scholars and researchers from some well-known universities in Northeast Asia, principals of some media from Northeast Asian countries and USA, etc.
